- I was born in Vallejo, CA November 29th, 1965.
- Grew up in Daleville, Alabama where I had a wonderful childhood.
- Moved to Oak Ridge, TN in Junior High School.
- Played High School & College Football
- During High School, I met my wife (Jill) to whom I have been married to for 34 years.
- We have two children. (Cotter & Cassie)
- Medical School (Johnson City, TN)
- Residency (UT Knoxville)
- Started Practice in Cleveland, TN (1996)
- Moved Practice to Chattanooga, TN (2000-2024)
- Came back to Cleveland, TN (2025-current)
